The 'dark retreat,' whose primary goal is to manage the mind and reveal consciousness of existence, has recently become widespread in Turkey.

Many famous names, including Çağla Şıkel, Aslıhan Gürbüz, Serenay Aktaş, Algı Eke, and Gül Gölge, have shown interest in the meditation provided by yoga instructor Çetin Çetintaş.

It has been alleged that the participation fee for the meditation provided by Çetintaş, which presenter Çağla Şıkel also joined for 4 days recently, is 14 thousand TL.

Çetintaş made the following statement regarding the content of the training he provides:

Participants, who meet their basic needs with the help of instructors, also consume their meals through supervisors. Participants, who sleep in single rooms, are later left in the middle of nature in a wooded area. They are asked to find the building they stayed in using their emotions.
