While millions of citizens across Turkey rushed to the polls today to determine their local administrators, Faruk Ceren, who previously cast his vote on horseback during the second round of the Presidential Election in Izmir's Bornova district, once again created colorful scenes.
Faruk Ceren, a horse riding instructor in Yaka Neighborhood, rode to the Yaka Şengül Mustafa Karaca Primary School, where he would cast his vote, while his student (12), Karya Kulapa, accompanied him on horseback as well.
Ceren, who went to the school with his horses named 'Karamel' and 'Kara İnci', went to the ballot box and cast his vote.
'WE WANT TO HIGHLIGHT HORSES'
48-year-old horse riding instructor Faruk Ceren, who went to vote on his horse, said, "We have come here once again to fulfill the requirements of democracy. This is Yakaköy, and we have come to our school again with these beautiful living friends you see here. May the election be auspicious for everyone.
I want to highlight horses here. I want everyone to love these beautiful living creatures to reflect this awareness once again," he said.
