It has been announced that all episodes of the series titled Jasmine, which is broadcast on the paid streaming platform HBO Max, will be blocked from access in Turkey.

In a statement made by HBO Max regarding the series, for which the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) imposed a 5 percent administrative fine and a removal-from-catalog penalty on the grounds that it was "contrary to national and moral values and general morality," the following was stated:

"Although HBO Max will bid farewell to Turkey on Wednesday evening, February 18, it will continue to bloom in other lands."
