Jhon Duran, linked with Galatasaray, faces police intervention

Jhon Duran, who also wore the Fenerbahçe jersey during his football career, has made headlines this time for his life off the pitch. The young footballer, who was most recently loaned from Al Nassr to Russia's Zenit team but failed to meet expectations, returned to his home country for a vacation after failing to secure a spot on the Colombian National Team for the 2026 World Cup. However, his plans for rest turned into an adventure that disrupted the peace of local residents.

Duran disturbed the neighborhood residents around his farm in the Llanogrande neighborhood of the Antioquia region with noisy parties he organized almost every night. The loud music and entertainment, which lasted for about two weeks, caused the residents of the Prado Verde neighborhood to revolt.

Neighbors tried to request that Jhon Duran lower the music volume and maintain peace in the neighborhood multiple times, but they did not receive any positive response to their requests. Stating that they could not sleep at night, the residents finally turned to the police.

Police teams knocked on Duran's door following the complaints from the neighborhood residents. After the meeting, the young footballer was advised to act more harmoniously with his surroundings and to lower the noise level.

A neighborhood resident who did not want to reveal their identity expressed their reaction to the situation with these words: "The noise is truly unbearable. We cannot sleep because of the excessive noise. We hope the police will do something and take this situation seriously."
