Lawsuit against Feyza Altun from Dilan Polat and Sıla Doğu!

Dilan Polat, who frequently makes headlines with her luxurious lifestyle, had cited her beauty center branches and her own cosmetics companies as the source of her income. Lawyer Feyza Altun made striking allegations regarding the Rise & Shine cosmetics brand, which is owned by Dilan Polat's husband, Engin Polat.

In a post on her X account, Altun stated, "Those products are contract-manufactured. They buy them, put their own labels on them, and claim they are the ones manufacturing them. The company is registered under a person named Nilgül Yılmaz, who has no tax base, and was established in 2022. You can continue to spit at the screen."

Feyza Altun also alleged that an advertising suspension penalty was issued for these products belonging to Dilan Polat because they were marketed as completely herbal despite containing chemicals.

It has emerged that Dilan Polat and Sıla Doğu have applied for a preventive injunction against Feyza Altun under Law No. 6284, which was enacted to prevent violence against women, following these posts. Feyza Altun reacted to the decision by sharing it on social media.

Stating that Dilan Polat and Sıla Doğu are in the spotlight not because they are women, but due to allegations of money laundering and tax evasion, Altun shared the following:

"Dilan Polat and Sıla Doğu have applied for a preventive injunction against me under Law No. 6284. I have not insulted you, belittled you, or threatened you with violence. Law No. 6284 is not a SILENCING law. They will come out and explain what slander I have committed. Furthermore, I am not even in contact with you. Look at the courts; while they do not grant protection orders to women who are victims of violence, look at how they issue decisions to silence people on matters of public interest.

This is a decision contrary to Law No. 6284. This law covers women who 'experience violence because they are women.' Dilan Polat is being discussed not because she is a woman, but because of the money laundering and tax allegations that have been reflected in the public eye. As a lawyer, expressing a legal opinion is my public duty. This decision should cause public outrage."
