The bankruptcy ruling issued against TR 40 33 Film Yapım Bilişim Organizasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., a company owned by actor Murat Cemcir, has become a topic of public discussion. A statement regarding the process involving the company, known for productions such as “Çalgı Çengi İkimiz” and “Ailecek Şaşkınız,” was released by Cemcir’s lawyer.
In the announcement made by the law firm, it was stated that the grounds for the decision and the judicial process are being examined. The statement expressed that the company and its officials were unaware of the proceedings, that no notification had reached them, and that, consequently, the right to defense could not be exercised.
LAWYER OBJECTS TO LACK OF NOTIFICATION
The statement noted that necessary legal appeals have been filed against the decisions made in the company's absence, and that legal initiatives regarding the allegations and notification procedures have been launched.
“In the absence of the client company; during the follow-up process that proceeded without the knowledge of the company and its officials, the company was unaware of the process as no notification reached them.”
In the lawyer's statement, it was emphasized that the process directly affects the commercial reputation of the company and Cemcir, and that efforts are ongoing to re-evaluate all legal aspects and to rectify any potential loss of rights.
