Yeşilçam's master actor Kadir İnanır passed away on June 26 at the age of 77 in the hospital where he was receiving treatment.
It was learned that İnanır had prepared one will in 2015 and two separate wills in 2022.
The contents of the wills, which were prepared in the presence of a notary, have been kept confidential.
WILL TO BE DISCLOSED ON DECEMBER 17
The court hearing where the master actor's will is to be read has been postponed to December 17 at 09:30, as some family members had not received the notification.
Speaking to reporters before the hearing, Levent İnanır said, "My uncle had issues with his will. It is not very important what will be disclosed. He was receiving heavy treatment and was taking medication."
Levent İnanır stated that his uncle experienced loss of consciousness from time to time, had suffered three blood clots in six years, and had gone through intensive care processes.
Levent İnanır also touched upon the changes made to the will in 2015 and 2022, stating that this situation raised questions.
REACTION FROM HIS EX-WIFE
Following Levent İnanır's statements, his ex-wife Neslihan Acar reacted to the remarks in a post on her social media account.
In her post, Acar stated that Kadir İnanır never gave up on the values he believed in throughout his life and maintained his willpower, using the following expressions:
"As an actor, I say this; Kadir İnanır is a very precious cinema worker who shed light on our path. The greatest legacy he left for this country and for all the people around him is showing how to live in the name of peace, justice, and equality.
He is a person who did not give up on the values he believed in, who maintained his willpower no matter how difficult the conditions became, and who never broke the bond between his word and his stance.
I am grateful for what he added to me and my child. We thank him for passing on the codes of being a strong-willed and upright person to us. With respect to his memory."
'SHAME REMAINS FOR THOSE CLOSEST TO THEM'
Neslihan Acar used the following expressions in another post:
"A large part of the lives of famous people is recorded; whether they eat, walk, talk, or remain silent, they are filmed. That is why making baseless claims about them is negligence and delusion! When combined with ignorance, they do not think, 'One day justice will catch up with you.' And shame remains for those closest to them. What a pity!"
On the other hand, it was also alleged that Kadir İnanır, who never married and had no children, left his inheritance to his partner of 27 years, Jülide Kural.
