Mahmut Tuncer shares the latest photo of İbrahim Tatlıses

New information continues to be shared regarding the health status of İbrahim Tatlıses, who was kept under observation in intensive care for a while following his gallbladder surgery. On April 12, Chief Physician Dr. Engin Çakmakçı and General Surgery Specialist Prof. Dr. Bilgi Baca, who performed the surgery, stated that the artist would remain in the hospital for a short while longer and would be discharged next week.

The flow of visitors to the famous folk singer in the hospital also continues. Most recently, his colleague Mahmut Tuncer shared a photo taken together on his social media account after visiting Tatlıses. Tuncer added the note, “My brother İbrahim Tatlıses is like a lion. We would appreciate your 'mashallah'” to his post.

Good news has also arrived regarding the artist's surgery process. In a statement made immediately after the operation, Tatlıses had said, “My dear friends, my loved ones... As you know, I have been in the hospital for a while. I had surgery yesterday morning and thank God it went successfully. I would like to thank my doctors and the hospital team for their efforts.”
