MasterChef judge Mehmet Yalçınkaya announced the sad news on social media. As Yalçınkaya announced on his Instagram account that he had lost his dear friend, his fans sent him messages of support.
Yalçınkaya announced that his dog Duman, with whom he had been friends for 18 years, has passed away.
In a post on his Instagram account, Yalçınkaya stated, "We have lost my dear friend, my companion of 18 years, my father's legacy, Duman."
Mehmet Yalçınkaya had previously demonstrated his love for animals in his past posts.
Sharing a post on his social media account on October 4, World Animal Day, Yalçınkaya had written, "Those who cannot love animals cannot love people."
