Metin Uca's will revealed
The will of presenter Metin Uca, who was taken to intensive care following a traffic accident, intubated after his condition worsened despite his 'I am recovering' statement three days ago, and passed away yesterday, has been revealed. Uca had said, 'I want to be cremated and have my ashes scattered from the Bosphorus.'
Presenter and author Metin Uca, who passed away at the age of 62, was a guest on a YouTube channel program last year.
'I AM NOT AFRAID OF DEATH'
Responding to the presenter's question, "Do you have a fear of loneliness?", Metin Uca said, "I am 60 years old and I am alone. I am not in favor of being with a woman just in case something happens to me. That would be unfair to that woman. I am trying to be enough for myself. I am not afraid of death either. I think I will have a beautiful death."
'I WANT TO BE CREMATED'
Speaking about his will, Metin Uca had stated, "If this were a free country, those who want to be cremated would be respected. But unfortunately, we do not have such a chance. I want to be cremated and have my ashes scattered from the Bosphorus. Unfortunately, I do not have such a chance. I want to be cremated very much because I do not want hypocritical funeral ceremonies.
I hope my friends will do this within the framework of the will I left regarding this matter. Because I do not want a ceremony. I do not want to be remembered."
