New development in the Dilan Polat-Engin Polat case! That individual has been released
The 'money laundering' case, in which 12 people including Dilan Polat and Engin Polat are currently detained, remains in the public eye. Financial advisor Zümrüt Yerebakan, whose name was mentioned in the Dilan and Engin Polat investigation, has been released with a travel ban.
The Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation into Engin Polat and Dilan Polat on charges of "establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes," "prevention of laundering proceeds of crime," "laundering assets derived from crime," and "violation of tax laws."
Of the 24 suspects apprehended at their addresses, 12 were arrested, while 10 were released under judicial control conditions.
APPREHENDED TODAY BUT...
According to the latest information, financial advisor Zümrüt Yerebakan, for whom an arrest warrant had been issued, was apprehended today.
Following her statement to the prosecutor, Yerebakan was referred to the Criminal Court of Peace with a request for judicial control.
The Criminal Court of Peace released Zümrüt, imposing a travel ban on her.
