New episode trailer for 'Taş Kağıt Makas' makes reference to Eylem Tok and her son
A scene in the new episode trailer for 'Taş Kağıt Makas,' which airs on Kanal D, has been compared to the story of author Eylem Tok and her 17-year-old son, a case closely followed by all of Turkey.
The trailer for Taş Kağıt Makas features a plot similar to the incident involving author Eylem Tok, who fled to America with her 17-year-old son after he struck five people with his luxury car, causing one death.
In the series, directed by Yusuf Pirhasan and written by Uğraş Güneş, the character Furkan (Doğa Karakaş), the son of Meryem (played by Yeliz Akkaya), hits a courier with his luxury vehicle.
To cover up the incident, it is decided—with the support of Bünyamin Emirkıran (Atsız Karaduman)—that Furkan will first go to Qatar and then to America. Lawyer Harun Yakar (Ozan Güven) rebels against the situation.
HERE IS THE TRAILER

WHAT IS THE EYLEM TOK INCIDENT?
On March 1, in Istanbul's Eyüpsultan district, a driver in a luxury SUV struck a group of people who had stopped on the shoulder to check an ATV that had broken down, and then fled the scene. 29-year-old Oğuz Murat Aci lost his life in the accident, and 4 others were injured.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the accident turned out to be T.C., the 17-year-old son of author Eylem Tok and renowned aesthetic surgeon Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur.
