New statement regarding Kadir İnanır's health status

Levent İnanır stated that his uncle, who is receiving treatment at Koç University Hospital, is showing signs of improvement.

Speaking while attending the funeral of director Tomris Giritlioğlu, Levent İnanır said of his uncle, "He is doing very well. We are in the process of physical therapy. Other than that, he is progressing every day, and we are moving in a positive direction. We have overcome a very serious ordeal. He will be very well."

Noting that he visits him frequently, Levent İnanır added, "I last saw him three days ago. I will go to see him again tomorrow. We are constantly together. Hopefully, he will recover with prayers."

JÜLİDE KURAL'S LATEST STATEMENT

In a statement made in August, the master actor's partner, Jülide Kural, had stated that there was no major complication or need for intubation.

Following reports regarding İnanır's health, Jülide Kural issued the following statement:

"To the millions of you who carry the love for Kadir İnanır in your hearts; I feel obligated to convey the accurate information in light of new developments. As you know, while there were very positive developments during the months-long hospital treatment process, there were also difficult times due to an infection. However, every time, the strength of Kadir from Fatsa—who carries the power, anger, joy, and, in short, the passion for life of the Black Sea in his heart—has always been determined to overcome all difficulties."

Kural continued her words by saying, "On this occasion, we owe a debt of gratitude to the doctors and healthcare staff of Yeditepe University Hospital, especially Prof. Dr. Uğur Türe. We will always be grateful for the care and delicacy they put into the recovery process. Thank you, may you exist! We decided to continue the treatment process, which has been ongoing since March 24, at Koç University Hospital as of August 16. The necessity of participating in a more intensive physical therapy program under the guidance of our doctors formed the basis for this decision. I am sure the recovery process will gain even more momentum."

The actor concluded his remarks by saying, "While this struggle continues, I ask you not to pay attention to the false reports from unqualified programs on unqualified channels or from pathetic individuals seeking to make money through clicks. In these times when all kinds of low-quality content are rampant, you know as well as I do that it is impossible to taint Kadir İnanır, an important artist of this country who is fighting for his health, with such lack of quality. It is Kadir's wish: Do not pay attention to any news other than that from his doctors and myself. And the final word: The struggle continues."
