The trial of businessman Uğur Akkuş in a cryptocurrency fraud case is ongoing.

Akkuş, who has not been seen in public for some time, traveled to Los Angeles, USA, with his wife Ebru Şallı for a New Year's holiday.

The couple, who also took their cat named Tommy with them, will return to Istanbul in January.
