Ozan Güven speaks out before prison: 'If you slap a woman, it is impossible for her to remain standing'

Ozan Güven, whose prison sentence has been upheld and who will serve 45 days in prison, addressed Deniz Bulutsuz, stating, "If you slap a woman, some part of her will be injured, broken, or dislocated. It is impossible for her to remain standing."

The appeal filed by Ozan Güven, who was sentenced to 2 years and 3 months in prison for assaulting his former partner Deniz Bulutsuz, has been finalized by the Court of Appeal.

While no reduction was made to Güven's sentence, the famous actor will enter prison for 45 days once the reasoned decision is served to him.

Güven held a press conference today following the decision.

Claiming he has been cleared, Güven said the following:

"If I have cast even the slightest bit of doubt into the mind of any woman I know or do not know, who loves me or believes in me, I apologize to each of them individually. But I will not apologize to you, because I did not do anything to you, Deniz. A 45-day prison sentence was not applicable. I was acquitted and cleared in 5 of the 6 cases filed against me. If you slap a woman, some part of her will be injured, broken, or dislocated. It is impossible for her to remain standing."
