Piano master Ciobanu takes the stage in İzmir with the Olten Philharmonic Orchestra
The Olten Philharmonic Orchestra continues its concert series every year with distinguished local and international artists. In the concert held at the Ahmed Adnan Saygun Arts Center for İzmir art lovers, the orchestra performed with internationally renowned pianist Daniel Ciobanu as the soloist.
Under the baton of conductor İbrahim Yazıcı, the Olten Philharmonic Orchestra added a special touch to the concert with the performance of world-famous piano virtuoso Daniel Ciobanu.
The renowned pianist Ciobanu drew attention with his ability to draw a unique sound from the Steinway piano. With Ciobanu as the soloist, the Olten Philharmonic Orchestra performed American composer George Gershwin's Cuban Overture and 'Rhapsody in Blue' during the concert.
In the second half, the orchestra performed Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5.
Following the concert, the audience gave the orchestra a standing ovation.
