Police operation on TV series set in Beykoz: Lead actor of TRT series detained

The Beykoz Kundura Factory, where filming for the series Ateş Denizi, prepared for TRT's digital platform tabii, is underway, became the center of attention today due to an operation carried out by police teams. A search was conducted on the set as part of an investigation into narcotics and prohibited substances.

TEAMS ARRIVED ON SET

According to a report by journalist Birsen Altuntaş, narcotics teams and police officers from the district police department arrived on set while filming was in progress. Among the individuals inspected by the teams was Erdem Kaynarca, one of the lead actors of the series.

It was stated that during the operation, teams went to the caravan where Kaynarca was preparing, and the actor was escorted out by police. Due to the development, the filming schedule was disrupted, and set activities were temporarily halted.

CARAVAN AND VEHICLE SEARCHED

As part of the investigation, police teams also conducted a search of the actor's private vehicle on the set using narcotics dogs. It was reported that no prohibited substances or criminal elements were found during the checks.

It was learned that Kaynarca, who was taken to the police station for questioning following the searches, was released after his interrogation was completed. There has been no public statement from the production company or the actor's representatives regarding the incident so far.
