The 1.5-year marriage between Helvacıoğlu and her businessman husband Ural Kaspar has officially ended. Helvacıoğlu and Kaspar were officially divorced in a single hearing on April 17.

Following the separation, the pair stopped following each other on social media. The popular actress Helvacıoğlu's post about visiting the Yuşa Tomb after the divorce had been widely discussed.

İrem Helvacıoğlu captioned her Instagram post, "I would like to thank my daughter, my family, my friends, and everyone I have never met, most of whom are women, for enabling me to shine even brighter. I am glad you exist, I am glad we exist. Now I am shining even brighter."

Statement from Kaspar

In a message published on Instagram, Helvacıoğlu's ex-husband Kaspar stated the following:

"We are closely monitoring certain comments and posts made on social media platforms regarding our client, Mr. Ural Kaspar. First and foremost, we would like to state that the divorce process between our client and his ex-wife was completed in accordance with the law within the framework of mutual agreement and consensus. Despite this, it is observed that content, comments, messages, and social media posts that are untrue, misleading, and damaging to personal rights continue to be shared.

Such attacks on our client's private life and personal rights are legally unacceptable. In this context, necessary identifications regarding the relevant individuals and social media accounts are being made by us; criminal complaints will be filed against those responsible for all social media posts containing slander and insults that constitute criminal elements under the Turkish Penal Code, which violate personal rights and aim to damage our client's reputation.

Furthermore, we reserve all our rights to file lawsuits due to the violation of the personal rights of our client, Mr. Ural KASPAR. Additionally, necessary applications will be made immediately to the relevant platforms and authorized bodies for the removal of unlawful content and to block access. We would like to remind everyone that no person or account can hide behind a veil of anonymity to engage in unlawful acts. We kindly request the public not to give credence to unverified content and social media posts."
