President Erdoğan presents 'Music Award' to Emel Sayın

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the 'Presidential Culture and Arts Grand Awards' ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Erdoğan said, "Distinguished representatives of our culture and arts world, esteemed guests, I greet you with my most heartfelt feelings. Welcome to the Presidential Complex.

I am pleased to be with you on the occasion of the Culture and Arts Awards. I wholeheartedly congratulate our artists who have been deemed worthy of the award," he stated.

'SHE STRIKES A CHORD IN OUR HEARTS'

Erdoğan presented the Music Award to master artist Emel Sayın with the following words:

"The recipient of the music award is Emel Sayın, who has a place in our memories. The lady who has kept Turkish classical music alive in our hearts for half a century continues to strike a chord in our hearts."
