Prison sentence sought for Berk Çetin, who assaulted Danla Bilic
The indictment against Berk Çetin, who committed violence against famous influencer Danla Bilic in a sports club cafeteria, has been completed. Çetin, who faces up to 1.5 years in prison on charges of 'simple assault against a woman,' will be tried in the Criminal Court of First Instance.
The investigation into the incident where social media influencer Danla Bilic was subjected to physical violence by her ex-boyfriend Berk Çetin in the cafeteria section of a sports club in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul, has concluded.
According to Sözcü, a lawsuit has been filed against Berk Çetin, seeking up to 1.5 years in prison for the crime of 'simple assault against a woman.' The case will be heard in the Criminal Court of First Instance.
Footage of the moments when Danla Bilic called the police via the KADES application during the incident and was assaulted had previously emerged. Furthermore, Bilic had publicly announced that her ex-boyfriend had threatened her with death.
