A prison sentence of up to 12 years has been requested for famous actor Ufuk Bayraktar in a case where he is accused of demanding extortion money at a restaurant in Beyoğlu.
The investigation into the incident in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district, where actor Ufuk Bayraktar was alleged to have demanded extortion money from a restaurant, has been completed. An indictment has been prepared against Bayraktar, seeking a prison sentence ranging from 7.5 to 12 years on charges of "extortion at a workplace with more than one person."
