Public summer season begins on the Black Sea coast of Beykoz

The Riva and Poyrazköy beaches, located in Istanbul's Beykoz district, are beginning to serve the public once again with the arrival of the summer season.

Standing out for their natural beauty, these beaches offer various amenities to local residents and visitors, including opportunities for swimming as well as picnic and relaxation areas.

TWO DAYS OF EXCLUSIVE SERVICE FOR WOMEN

While the Elmasburnu Nature Park in Riva draws attention with its bay-view restaurants and picnic areas, it also provides service exclusively for women two days a week. In this area, which is reserved for women only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the opportunity to swim in a safe and comfortable environment surrounded by nature is provided. Commenting on the matter, Beykoz Deputy Mayor Özlem Vural Gürzel stated that they want to support women in spending peaceful time by integrating with nature during the summer months. Gürzel said: "In our Beykoz, embraced by nature, we want to ensure our women have a comfortable and peaceful time by organizing special days for them. We want our citizens to benefit from the sea as much as possible"...

POYRAZKÖY BEACH ALTERNATIVE

Located at the point where the Black Sea meets the Bosphorus, Poyrazköy Beach also offers an alternative summer option for sea lovers with its natural scenery.

Lifeguard, security, and cleaning services are provided regularly at both beaches.

The beaches, which feature basic amenities such as sun loungers, showers, and changing cabins, have been organized to be suitable for families as well. Electric passenger transport vehicles also operate in Riva to facilitate transportation.
