Refik Anadol's work is on display in Davos

Refik Anadol has unveiled the world's first multi-sensory work that blends visuals, sound, and scent using an AI model based on nature at the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Anadol made statements during the World Economic Forum (WEF) held in the town of Davos, Switzerland.

Pointing out that although the WEF has "economic" in its name, deep issues regarding the future of the world are also discussed at the forum, Anadol recalled that they also took part in Davos last year with a project that made a significant impact.

'WE HAD THE CHANCE TO PRESENT IT TO WORLD LEADERS'

Stating that as a team they have been dreaming of an AI museum project for 10 years, Anadol said, "We had the chance to present the details of this museum, called 'Dataland', to world leaders in Davos."

Explaining that he also had a dream 16 years ago about data becoming pigment, painting, and sculpture, Anadol stated that he pursued this dream and that 8 years ago, as a team, they produced pioneering work in the field of AI paintings and sculptures for the first time in the world.
