Reha Muhtar puts his Baltalimanı mansion up for sale! A staggering price

66-year-old famous news anchor Reha Muhtar has put his mansion, located in the popular Istanbul neighborhood of Baltalimanı and purchased for 4.5 million dollars in 2000, up for sale. Muhtar is asking for 20 million dollars (approximately 833.7 million Turkish Lira) for this magnificent mansion with a Bosphorus view.

According to a report in Sözcü, the reasons behind Muhtar's decision have become a subject of curiosity. The disputes he had with his ex-wife Deniz Uğur, whom he divorced in 2010, regarding the mansion and their children are cited as one of the reasons for this decision to sell. It is known that Uğur filed a lawsuit claiming rights over the mansion and the children.

After being hospitalized following an accident at his home last year, Muhtar stated after his discharge, "I will return to everything. In an instant, you are left with nothing in life; those around me are taking what I have, including my children."
