Sad news from famous Yeşilçam star Sevtap Parman
Sevtap Parman, one of the well-known names of Yeşilçam, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease following a mental breakdown after the death of her mother. The 63-year-old actress is currently receiving treatment at a care facility.
Sevtap Parman, who began her cinema career with the film 'Hükmedenler Paramparça' (1985) in which she shared the lead roles with Cüneyt Arkın, Tarık Akan, Orhan Günşiray, and Gülşen Bubikoğlu, appeared in 22 films between 1985 and 1989. Parman left the profession entirely in 2011.

According to a report by Habertürk, the famous star, who had been supporting herself with the income from a shop she opened, suffered a mental breakdown following her mother's death. As a result of this mental collapse, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 3 years ago.

The 63-year-old Sevtap Parman, who was placed in a nursing home-clinic style care facility by her sister, is continuing her treatment.
