Şahan Gökbakar's 'these are KHP members' comment: A jab at politicians with a backbone
Actor Şahan Gökbakar shared a photo on his social media account of the committee appointed by the court as trustees to the CHP, and made a striking comment.
Gökbakar criticized the appointment of trustees to replace former CHP Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik following the cancellation of the Republican People's Party (CHP) Istanbul Provincial Congress via his Instagram account.
Sharing a frame showing Gürsel Tekin, who accepted the trustee role, with his new management team, and placing the text "Kayyum Halk Partisi" (Trustee People's Party) and its logo over it, Gökbakar included the words, "These are the KHP members... These are the honorable and upright politicians with a backbone of my beautiful country..."
