According to a report in Sabah; following inspection reports by the Provincial Health Directorate, a lawsuit has been filed against Banu Parlak, requesting up to 5 years in prison, after it was determined that she performed a fat-burning procedure called "Enzymatic Lipolysis Injection" on Aliye A.
At the same time, the inspection report prepared by the Provincial Health Directorate revealed that the center opened by the singer performed the procedure in question despite having no authorization to conduct such operations.
