Script change in Kızılcık Şerbeti

The trailer for the new episode of Kızılcık Şerbeti was removed from all platforms following an investigation launched by RTÜK. This move sparked claims that the script regarding the expected romance between the characters Doğa and Firaz might be changed. According to Birsen Altuntaş, the promotional material was delayed because new scenes are being written for the Doğa-Firaz relationship.

In a statement regarding the RTÜK investigation, the series' production company, Gold Film, said, "We always take into consideration the sensitivity towards the values of Turkish society, primarily the institution of the family."

Following the decision to launch an investigation, the trailer for the new episode of the series Kızılcık Şerbeti was removed from all platforms.

SCREENWRITER MERVE GÖNTEM HAD BEEN DETAINED

A response given 4 years ago on social media by Merve Göntem, the screenwriter of the series Kızılcık Şerbeti, to a question about the character traits of the fictional character Eylül in the series "Çıplak" (Naked), which aired on BluTV, has resurfaced. 

Merve Göntem, the screenwriter for both "Kızılcık Şerbeti" and "Çıplak," was detained on charges of "inciting prostitution" and "inciting to commit a crime," and was later released with a travel ban.
