Altun also shared some screenshots of messages with her followers. In her post, Altun stated, "The man I gave ten years of my life to, whom I loved more than anything, ended our relationship like this, friends. Moreover, he said he never loved me. And so it ended."
It was known that the relationship between Altun and Sungurlar dated back to 2016, and that the couple married in 2021 and divorced in 2023. It had been reported that the pair reunited about six months after their divorce, and in an interview they gave in 2024, they said they were giving their relationship another chance and wanted to remarry.
