Seren Serengil's complaint against Cübbeli Ahmet closed at jet speed
The complaint filed by artist Seren Serengil, alleging that Cübbeli Ahmet's bodyguards attempted to run her over, was rapidly concluded by the Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and the file was closed.
On December 13, 2024, Seren Serengil applied to the police due to an incident she experienced in front of her home in Beykoz. According to her claim, a vehicle belonging to the bodyguards of Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü, known as Cübbeli Ahmet, attempted to run over her and the taxi driver accompanying her. Serengil stated that the white vehicle came toward them at high speed and did not slow down, despite her raising her hand for it to stop.
Following the incident, Serengil obtained information from a security guard and learned that the vehicle belonged to Cübbeli Ahmet's bodyguards. The security guard stated that the individuals in the vehicle were police officers and that they accompany Cübbeli Ahmet when he goes out on the street. Following this incident, Serengil went to the police station and filed a complaint against both the driver of the vehicle and Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü, whom she believed had incited the act.

The Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation on charges of "endangering traffic safety." However, this investigation lasted only seven days, and on December 20, 2024, the file was closed with a decision of "no grounds for prosecution." Seren Serengil's complaint ended without producing any legal outcome.
