Sevcan Orhan fell ill on stage: She announced her health status

Famous Turkish Folk Music artist Sevcan Orhan, who took the stage in Nicosia on the evening of June 28, suddenly fell ill during her performance.

Orhan, who received first aid through the quick intervention of her orchestra colleagues, was then taken by ambulance to the Nicosia Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital.

Although rumors initially spread that she had suffered a heart attack, these claims were quickly denied.

Orhan shared a video on her social media account regarding her health status, saying, "Hello, I am fine. I thank everyone who called and asked about me." Stating that her discomfort was a heart rhythm disorder caused by low blood pressure, the artist used the expressions, "I just wanted you to know that I am fine due to this situation I experienced on Saturday evening."

Expressing that some news reports saddened her, Orhan addressed her fans, saying, "I wanted to reach you with my voice. I am glad you are here," and thanked them for their support.
