All financial and moral rights of the song will be donated to animal shelters.
Those who contributed to the song are as follows: Onno Tunç, Sezen Aksu, Ozan Bayraşa, Ceylan Ertem, Sadi Güran, Tuba Önal, Sibel Gürsoy, Murat Bulut.
The lyrics of the song are as follows:
Another day has passed and ended
Who knows how many heard our voice
We are nothing in the eyes of those who value life too much
Their compassion only extended to themselves
There must be a path that favors life
Children, flowers, insects
Protecting every soul
This path is not a path, its stones are a sin
Those who think violence is the solution are caught by their own conscience
Do not forget us, do not forget
Do not forget us
We were written as witnesses in the mirrors of truth
My friend, do not put to sleep, do not put to sleep
Do not put the souls to sleep
This is the place, this is the home
Do not destroy our home
Do not forget us, do not forget
Do not forget us
We were written as witnesses in the mirrors of truth
Please do not put to sleep, do not put to sleep
Do not put the souls to sleep
This is the place, this is the home
Do not destroy our home
