Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç announced that an arrest warrant has been issued for T.C., who struck a group checking a broken-down ATV with his luxury SUV in Istanbul's Eyüpsultan district, causing one person's death and fleeing abroad, as well as for his mother, Eylem Tok.

Hacı Orhan, the lawyer for the family of Oğuz Murat Acı, who lost his life in the accident, made a statement in front of the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan and shared new developments regarding the incident.

Noting that they will also file a criminal complaint against the famous aesthetic doctor and T.C.'s father, Bülent Cihantimur, Orhan stated the following:

'A TRAGIC INCIDENT OCCURRED'

“Unfortunately, we are here to follow up on the necessary investigations regarding an action that began with a traffic accident and resulted in the death of one of the injured and brain hemorrhages in others due to negligence, as the injured were left at the scene of the accident. A tragic incident occurred due to a race that 10 teenagers under the age of 18 had made a habit of on the Sarıyer-Göktürk road using 2 luxury vehicles.

As a result, one person lost their life, and the others were very seriously injured. The negligence shown by the mother who arrived at the scene after the accident has increased the pain of our clients. The statement she made has added to our clients' suffering. The only demand of our clients here is for the criminals to be handed over to justice as soon as possible, for them to be tried, and for them to receive the necessary punishment."

According to the latest information, it has been learned that Eylem Tok has disconnected the phone line she used in Turkey.

'I HAVE TO PROTECT HIM'

Speaking to Star Ana Haber in recent days, Tok made controversial statements.

Tok stated the following:

"This is an accident, there is no kidnapping or anything. There is a brilliant 17-year-old child, I am a mother. I would do it again today; I don't know the injured, I don't know who they are. I have to protect him. When I went there, I didn't even arrive in the full sense anyway. When I went, the children were there, I took the children.

I took them to the site where they were. There is nothing I am running away from. I am saying that there is a hot topic here, the families are burning, there is a big fire. Let it cool down a bit, let there not be blood for blood."

Responding to the question of when she would return, Tok said:

"I can return at any moment, I can return right now. I just want my child to be safe and to be tried fairly. Let the country tell me, 'There is no blood for blood, we will not do anything to the child.' Justice will be served."

WHAT HAPPENED?

On March 1, one of three ATV vehicles traveling in Eyüpsultan broke down, and while the broken-down vehicle pulled to the side of the road was being repaired, one of two vehicles traveling in the same direction struck the 3 ATVs there.

Oğuz Murat Acı, I.G., T.A., S.K., and H.T., who were injured in the accident, were taken to the hospital.

It was reported that Oğuz Murat Acı, one of the injured, lost his life despite medical intervention, and that T.A. was in life-threatening condition.

During the investigation, it was determined that the 17-year-old driver, T.C., who caused the accident, left the scene with his mother Eylem Tok's vehicle, went to Istanbul Airport around 02:00, and flew to Egypt around 04:30.
