Continuing her remarks, Uğur said, "Reha Muhtar's mental health is not stable. I think it is the onset of schizophrenia. The children should not be with him."
Deniz Uğur had taken the matter to court with allegations that her twins were subjected to physical and psychological violence by their father, Reha Muhtar.
