Singer Hadise becomes target of fraudsters! She gave a statement as a victim

Hadise filed a complaint against I.A.B., who attempted to seize her assets. I.A.B. had filed a lawsuit claiming that her spouse was in prison, requesting that her spouse be placed under guardianship and that she be appointed as the guardian.

According to the report by Habertürk, the Gaziantep 5th Civil Court of Peace decided to appoint I.A.B. as the guardian of her spouse. However, I.A.B. created a forged court order by changing her spouse's name to Hadise Açıkgöz.

Hadise's lawyer, Orhan Erol Müezzinoğlu, stated, "Ms. Hadise has become a victim of a criminal network." The fraud attempt was uncovered when bank officials acted vigilantly and reported the situation to law enforcement. It was understood that I.A.B. was attempting to seize Hadise's bank accounts and real estate using forged documents.

The Gaziantep 5th Civil Court of Peace has launched an investigation into I.A.B., who forged the court order and committed the crime of forgery of documents by applying to official institutions. Hadise also gave a statement as a victim and filed a complaint against I.A.B. for creating forged documents in a case to which she was not a party.
