Singer Öykü Gürman's bill in Greece becomes a hot topic on social media

Öykü Gürman, who rose to fame with the song "Evlerinin Önü Boyalı Direk" which she performed with her twin brother Berk Gürman, spoke about her vacation in Greece.

Stating that a vacation abroad is much more affordable compared to Turkey, Gürman praised Greek cuisine.

"Whether it's seafood, salad, calamari, shrimp, fish, etc., they are very successful and very affordable in that regard," said Gürman, who became a subject of debate after revealing the bill they paid for two people.

WHO IS ÖYKÜ GÜRMAN?

She was born on August 4, 1982, in Istanbul. Öykü Gürman is originally from Of, Trabzon. She has a twin brother named 'Berk'.

She completed her primary education at Özel Efdal Primary School, and her middle and high school education at İstek Foundation Acıbadem High School and Pera Fine Arts High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music State Conservatory.

Öykü Gürman began her music education by taking violin and vocal lessons.

She became widely known in 2007 with the music group she formed with her twin brother Berk Gürman. The song 'Evlerinin Önü Boyalı Direk' received great acclaim. The partnership of the Gürman siblings ended in 2010.
