Statement from Defne Samyeli regarding Cem Yılmaz

While developments regarding the health status of famous comedian Cem Yılmaz following the heart attack he suffered at his home on August 29 remain a topic of public interest, a statement has also come from his former partner Defne Samyeli.

Yılmaz, who was taken to the hospital after his health issue and reportedly underwent an angiogram, was discharged after his treatment was completed. It has been learned that the famous comedian is in good health.

Defne Samyeli, who was in a relationship with him for about 1.5 years and separated in 2019, answered questions about Cem Yılmaz's health status at an event she attended.

When asked whether she had spoken with Yılmaz following his health issue, Samyeli replied, "I spoke, of course I spoke."

Speaking to 2. Sayfa, Samyeli expressed her sadness over the process, stating, "We are receiving bad news in our close circle as well. We were very saddened for Cem, I was very scared."
