First statement from Mahmut Orhan, who was caught in Israel during the Al-Aqsa Flood
DJ Mahmut Orhan was caught in Israel during the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' operation. Orhan, who had traveled to Israel for a concert, stated, "We are fine and are returning to Turkey. What I experienced was very sad and frightening."
Hamas's armed wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, launched the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' operation against Israel.
DJ Mahmut Orhan, who had traveled to Israel for a concert, found himself in the middle of the operation.

'WHAT I EXPERIENCED WAS FRIGHTENING'
Orhan, whose situation was a matter of concern, stated, "We are fine and are returning to Turkey. However, I have been up since the early hours of the morning. What I experienced was very sad and frightening. Just as we cannot say that peace and tranquility are bad things, we cannot say that war and violence are good things.
I want to leave a world where we can teach those who come after us to live like siblings, loving humans simply because they are human, without discriminating by religion, language, or race. I hope we will all be together in that world."
