Statement from the Kayseri Governor's Office regarding the Hayko Cepkin concert
Hayko Cepkin had published a statement on his social media account regarding the cancellation of his concerts in Kayseri and Diyarbakır, which were part of his Anatolian tour. The Kayseri Governor's Office stated that no application had been made to the governor's office regarding the concert in question.
In his post, Hayko Cepkin said, "The Kayseri and Diyarbakır legs of our Anatolian tour have been removed from the list because event permits were not granted by the regional civil authorities.
Since we were already dealing with this and had consciously not opened ticket sales for this process, there is no problem. But I don't know what we will do about the heartbreak, which is the most important thing and has no value anymore," he said.
Cepkin made a new post today, stating, "Thanks to our Diyarbakır governor for his swift response, kindness, and special invitation. We have received assurances to resolve all missing procedures with the organization. I think whoever caused this confusion will be ashamed. We will hopefully find a new date for Diyarbakır. May the same happen for our Kayseri."
In the statement made by the Kayseri Governor's Office, it was stated that no application had been made to the governor's office regarding the concert in question.
The statement included the following: "Posts are being made on social media platforms claiming that the event to be held by artist Hayko Cepkin in Kayseri was cancelled by civil administrative authorities. No application has been made to our Kayseri Governor's Office regarding this concert, and there is no situation regarding its cancellation."
