Food and wine critic Vedat Milor has revealed his favorite flavors in Turkish cuisine.
Food and wine critic Vedat Milor has shared his favorite dishes.
Stating that he has difficulty choosing among Turkish dishes, Milor said, "Our cuisine contains a wide variety of flavors." Responding to questions from Hakan Gence on YouTube, Milor commented, "In an international competition, a dish that I find unique to us is a truly good tarhana soup that everyone knows. This is the dish I love the most."
Noting that he loves "a real Adana kebab," Milor said, "I often crave lahmacun. I think I prefer the cuisine of mumbar, kibbeh, and çiğ köfte; I really miss them."
"THERE IS DEFINITELY A CONNECTION BETWEEN SEXUALITY AND FOOD"
On the other hand, Milor also stated that the one food he would never eat is chicken.
When reminded of his previous statement that 'there is a connection between sexuality and food,' Milor said, "There is definitely a connection between sexuality and food. Food and sexuality are two different pursuits in the world for seeking pleasure, for experiencing a certain pleasure to the maximum. They complement each other very well. Both are things that appeal to our emotions; they bring out the most beautiful sides of a person."
