The "1001 Nights" series, starring Cansu Dere and İbrahim Çelikkol, has suffered a significant loss before filming even began. Rüzgar Aksoy left the project at the last minute. So, what is the reason for the famous actor's departure from the series?
Preparations for the period drama Binbir Gece Masalları (1001 Nights), produced by Bozdağ Film for TRT Tabii, are continuing at full speed. An unexpected departure has occurred in the series, which stars Cansu Dere and İbrahim Çelikkol.
The production, directed by Metin Günay and written by Atilla Engin, has come to the agenda with a surprise development before hitting the set. An agreement in principle had been reached with Rüzgar Aksoy to play the villain, Yunus. However, Aksoy left the project at the last minute due to a disagreement over contract terms.
According to the report by Birsen Altuntaş, the search for a new actor to play the character of Yunus for the Binbir Gece Masalları series has begun.
