Neşe Tevetoğlu, who resided in Antalya, passed away due to a heart attack at the hospital where she was receiving treatment. Tarkan, who was giving concerts in Germany as part of his European tour, returned to Istanbul as soon as he received the news of his mother's passing.
Neşe Tevetoğlu will be laid to rest in Istanbul tomorrow (Thursday).
It had been reported that Neşe Tevetoğlu's health had improved after she underwent emergency surgery for a vascular occlusion in Istanbul last year. However, she had continued to receive treatment recently due to ailments in her leg.
