Tayfun Duygulu, who wrote the lyrics to the song "Kar Beyazdır" (Snow is White) that became etched in memory with Kerim Tekin, shared a photo they took together in the past on his social media account.

Duygulu expressed his longing for his friend with the words: "Do you remember? We used to celebrate my birthday first, then yours. There were only 10 days between us... Now, for 26 years, I have been celebrating alone and I miss you so much, my beautiful-souled friend. I couldn't get enough of you, my dear friend, happy birthday. You will always exist."
