According to an exclusive report by 12punto.com.tr; it has emerged that a temporary trading ban has been imposed on Tuana Hayfavi, who made headlines alongside Mehmet Dinçerler, by the Capital Markets Board (SPK).

REASONABLE SUSPICION EXISTS

It is stated that the trading ban was issued due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that the act defined in Article 107/1 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362 was committed during transactions carried out between July 4 and August 1. The penalty is issued under the first paragraph of Article 107 of the Capital Markets Law, titled "Market Fraud," which is the subject of the sanction.

Those who buy or sell, place orders, cancel orders, modify orders, or perform account movements for the purpose of creating a false impression regarding the prices, price changes, supply, and demand of capital market instruments are punished with imprisonment from three to five years and a judicial fine from five thousand to ten thousand days.
