Teoman's anxiety over harassing fan: 'I took it to court because I was afraid'

Teoman, the singer who was spotted by cameras in Cihangir, made a statement regarding the female fans who have been harassing him.

Referring to the harassing female fan against whom he filed a court complaint as "a bunch of lunatics," Teoman explained that he was being followed and that even his driver had been attacked.

'I'M NOT ANGRY BUT...'

The famous singer, who stated that he had come face-to-face with his obsessive fan several times and felt uneasy when going out on the street, spoke as follows:

"There was something like that before; my driver even took some blows. It happens from time to time. I'm not angry at them, but it would be more accurate not to call them obsessive fans. These are a bunch of lunatics. They fixate on celebrities in their minds. So, I feel sorry, but I have to take it to court."

'THESE PEOPLE ARE MENTALLY ILL'

Saying, "We ran into each other a few times, but it really scares you," Teoman continued his words as follows:

"Of course I feel uneasy, but they don't do it intentionally. These people are mentally ill; we aren't angry, but we still take it to court because we are afraid. Such incidents happen to other famous names as well. They build things up in their own imaginary worlds regarding famous people..."
