The question that angered Serenay Sarıkaya: 'Didn't things like this stay in the pre-modern era?'
Serenay Sarıkaya, who is in a relationship with singer Mert Demir, reacted sharply to claims that their relationship was for promotional purposes during the launch of her latest project. Sarıkaya asked, "Didn't things like this stay in the pre-modern era? Do things like this exist in real life?"
Constantly in the spotlight for both her career and private life, Serenay Sarıkaya answered questions from journalists at the launch of the web series 'Kimler Geldi Kimler Geçti', in which she plays the lead role.
Responding to a question regarding allegations that her relationship with singer Mert Demir was for promotional purposes, Sarıkaya expressed her frustration.
According to the report by Habertürk, the famous actress said, "Didn't things like this stay in the pre-modern era? Do things like this exist in real life? It is very hard for me to believe, and it seems very strange to me that people believe this. These things don't exist in real life, I don't live like this."
'THERE IS EXCITEMENT'
Stating that "this is not the place for this at all," Sarıkaya concluded her words by saying, "Hopefully we will talk about this another time in a more private setting. These don't seem like things that should be talked about much. We are all feeling the excitement of something else right now. I wouldn't want to spoil this with something else. We are in very good spirits, thank you very much."
