RTÜK had launched an investigation into the series due to scenes it contained that were alleged to undermine the family structure.RTÜK hadlaunched an investigation into the series.

RTÜKhad openedin its statement, "Targeting the family structure that forms the foundation of Turkish society, and in openconflict with our national and moral valuesvaluesin openconflict withdue to content that exploits women and is contrary to general morality,an investigation has beeninitiated," the statement read.
