Turkish Airlines films commercial with Jose Mourinho
Turkish Airlines (THY) has released a commercial filmed with world-renowned Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho for the 2024 UEFA Champions League final.
According to a statement from the Turkish Airlines Press Office, the commercial was filmed for the 2024 London Final of the UEFA Champions League, for which the company is an official sponsor.
In the film, Jose Mourinho, while experiencing Turkish Airlines' unique in-flight services, emerges victorious in a challenging chess match. Mourinho enjoys gourmet delicacies offered by the Turkish Airlines 'Business Class' menu while simultaneously watching a live UEFA Champions League match.
In the statement, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee of Turkish Airlines, said, "As Turkish Airlines, we are very proud to be the official sponsor of such a prestigious event as the UEFA Champions League. In this context, our collaboration with Jose Mourinho reinforces our brand's strength in the global arena and our commitment to sports."
Manager Mourinho stated that Turkish Airlines has registered its status as Europe's best airline with the awards it receives every year, adding, "It is a great honor for me to work with them. With this collaboration, we are bringing together my passion for winning and Turkish Airlines' unique service philosophy."
