The gala for the second season of the Netflix series Erşan Kuneri, which features Uraz Kaygılaroğlu in its cast and is set to be released today, took place at a venue in Beşiktaş last night.
Following the profound impact the murders of Ayşenur and İkbal had on the Turkish public agenda, photos previously taken by Uraz Kaygılaroğlu featuring severed head and butcher themes resurfaced. Kaygılaroğlu's absence from the gala following these events drew attention.
In response to this situation, the series' creator, Cem Yılmaz, expressed his support for Uraz Kaygılaroğlu, who has been at the center of criticism.
The famous comedian stated, "My friends and I are as sad as Uraz is. It is certainly an unpleasant incident. He was very upset, and we all spoke with him."
