Last week, İlber Ortaylı had to leave Okan Bayülgen's program, where he was a guest, due to health issues. Ortaylı left the program early again this week, but this time the reason was not health-related.
While expressing his views on the program where the Syrian issue was being discussed, tensions rose between İlber Ortaylı and another guest on the program, Soli Özel.
Showing his reaction to the Syria and Iraq issue in a harsh manner, İlber Ortaylı did not calm down despite all of Okan Bayülgen's efforts and left the program.
